The agreement
These terms are between you, the laundry business using Presso, and Bryan Temple, Lagos, Nigeria. By creating an account you accept them.
Free trial
Every new laundry gets 7 days with every feature open. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your laundry is paused until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change affects you.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Your data and your customers
Your laundry's data is yours. You can export it at any time. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to hold your customers' details and for telling them how you use them.
Your own customers deal with your laundry, not with Presso. Your prices, refunds and service promises to them are your own.
Using Presso properly
Keep your sign-in details private and give each staff member their own account. Do not use Presso for anything unlawful, to send messages people did not ask for, or to try to reach another laundry's data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Presso running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a feature you pay for without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
