Data processing terms

Roles
For the personal data your laundry enters, such as your customers' names, phone numbers and addresses, your laundry is the data controller and Bryan Temple is the data processor, as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 uses those terms.
What we do with it
We process this data only to provide Presso to you, and only on your instructions as given through the product. We do not use it for our own purposes or sell it.
Security
The database keeps each laundry's records apart, so no other business on Presso can read them. Data travels encrypted, access is limited to people who need it, and staff sign in with their own accounts.
Sub-processors
Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Paystack (payments) and Resend (email). We will tell you before adding a new one.
Breaches
If a breach affects your laundry's data, we will tell you without undue delay, with what we know, so you can meet your own duty to report it.
At the end
When you close your account, you can export your data first. We then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
