Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling
You can cancel your plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and your data stays available to export.
Full refunds
If you ask within 7 days of your first paid month, we refund that month in full.
If we charge you by mistake, such as twice for the same month, we refund the mistaken charge in full.
Other cases
Outside those cases we do not refund part-months. If something went wrong with the service, tell us: we look at every case fairly.
How to ask
Contact Bryan Temple on LinkedIn, linkedin.com/in/bryan-temple, with your laundry's name and the payment in question. Refunds go back to the method you paid with.
